my hubby's birthday.. 21st November 2005

today 21st november 2005 is my hubby's 28th birthday...
and it's so sad that he's in K.Kinabalu for outstation for 3 weeks..
he went there on 13th Nov and there's still 2 more weeks to go.. sigh..
it would have been great if we could celebrate his birthday together... 
anyway, here's a picture of him with his most prized possession ( beside me la .hhehheheh ) ..
it's our cat and its name is the Gingermeow.

Kenduri Menyambut Menantu was simply wonderful !!
Awi's frens from PWC, his basketball gang, our departments mates, my frens from MRSM Taiping, ACCA class and UiTM made the occassion so much more memorable.. thank u so much for sharing our day guys 
and did i mention the food was delicious ? .. kiteorg actually tambah and were on our second plate when we were asked to stop.. for what??.. to cut the cake....sigh.....paceri nenasku tinggal separuh jer lagi mase tu..isk..isk...isk...

Reception at Concorde Shah Alam - 25/08/05

Reception at Concorde was held on 25th August at 8.30 p.m
It was a beautiful and enchanting ceremony thanks to my mum in law who's very creative and has a natural knack with choosing colours and combinations.The hall was decorated in soft pink and fresh flowers which gave the whole event a soft and romantic atmosphere.. sigh.. : ) : )

simply beautiful shots..we couldn't get enough of them !!

our wedding day - 20/08/05
|
|
when we first got engaged it seemed such a long time to wait..then all the preparations came in..
not to mention the headaches ..the punching of figures in the calculator..the endless survery of clothes, barang hantaran and a million things more...and then suddenly it's 20th august !
woke up in the morning still in a daze, had my makeup and as i waited for my future hubby to come, barulah mula dpt cold feet...sejuk woi nak kawin.. dah la segan nak turun bawah .. ramai org tunggu...but i guess awi was more nervous than me.. hehehehe..
anyway,akad nikah was at 10 a.m, followed by kenduri afterwards..
but even after the akad nikah, it still felt surreal somehow...
but one thing for sure, we're both thankful ..alhamdulillah..everything went well and now we're husband n wife. gosh ! .. hopefully, kekal ke akhir hayat insyaallah....

our engagement 23/04/05

it was a very simple but special event : )
at first, awi and i had only wanted to hold a meeting for our parents to get to know each other..
we had decided long ago not to get engaged but to get married terus..
save budget and less gedung gedang.. hehehhe
tapi last2 ..biasa la..orang tua..kene ikut adat la..tu la ..ni la.. so in the end it became an engagement ceremony instead.. : ) barang2 hantaran pun semua last minute.. baju pun tak sempat buat baru..
but in the end what matters most was that we were engaged
now to begin countdown to the Big Day !!
